Scarlet Fantastic

Scarlet Fantastic (Maggie K De Monde) work spans over four decades and recently released a new album Reverie, which features 12 tracks that take a new musical direction. The songs are inspired by life events, travels, nature and dreams all underpinned with her natural sense of drama.

In the 1980s, Scarlet Fantastic received chart success with her bands Swans Way Soul Train and No Memory – a club classic in the 1990s. She toured around the UK and Europe and appeared on TV shows such as Top of the Pops, The Tube, The Old Grey Whistle Test, No Limits and MTV. In particular, her first appearance on TV was with fellow Birmingham band Duran Duran, where s he later supported them on tour as their single Planet Earth was released.
