
Visionary Arts Awards – Media Campaign
Task
To manage media coverage and red carpet activity at the Visionary Arts Awards, ensuring maximum exposure for attending talent across national and international print, digital, and broadcast outlets.
What We Did
We coordinated the red carpet and media room, welcoming key journalists and photographers. Ahead of the event, we prepared and distributed a winners press release, following up with attending journalists to secure coverage. Throughout the awards, we facilitated interviews and photo opportunities, providing flexible media access to maximise visibility.
Results
The campaign generated extensive media coverage across print, online, and broadcast channels. Red carpet coverage ran in The Mail Online, Express Digest, PA Media, Getty, Evening Standard, Yahoo! UK & Ireland, MSN, AOL, and numerous regional outlets including West Midlands Express & Star, Wiltshire Gazette & Herald, St Helens Star, and Belfast Telegraph. Awards coverage appeared in Metro and The Times of Bristol, while news stories ran in Entertainment Now, The Fan Carpet, and Broke Girl in the City. Additional coverage featured online on Virgin Radio, Vogue, Hello!, and The Mail Online. The campaign successfully maximised exposure for the event and its talent, delivering widespread visibility across national, regional, and international media.
