Tez Ilyas

Tez Ilyas is a British Asian writer and comedian who was awarded a place on the BBC Writers Academy and his own BBC Radio 4 Series after his Edinburgh Festival debut TEZ Talks in 2015 which has been recommisioned for a second series.

Tez has also appeared on Live from the BBC (BBC 2 / 3) The Now Show (BBC Radio 4), Virtulaly Famous (E4 / Channel 4), Children In Need Comedy Gala (BBC Radio 4), The Funny Thing About (Channel 5), @elevenish (ITV2) and a BBC3 Comedy Feed. Tez also wrote and starred in his own scripted comedy short for Sky Arts for their Christmas season in 2015.
