Phil Nichol is an award winning Canadian comedian who has performed 20 solo shows at the Edinburgh Festival. Television credits include Catastrophe (Channel 4), Uncle (BBC3), Siblings (BBC3), Man Down (Channel 4). Phil founded the award winning Comedians Theatre company which has had 20 years of 5 star sell out productions, with directors such as Stewart Lee and Cal McCrystal. The casts for the shows have included Mike McShane, Marcus Brigstocke, Lizzie Roper, Tony Law, Stephen K Amos, Lionel Blair, Bridget Christe, Paul Foot and Aisling Bea to name but a few.
Phil has had a Radio 4 drama series commissioned called Making The Best of It and is an Edinburgh Comedy Award winner, TimeOut Best Comedy Performance Winner and nominee for Chortle Awards for Best Headliner for several years. Phil is also a screenwriter and musician, who has released three comedy albums and is set to release a musical album with his new band Muscle later this year.
